To delete your online store:

Contact your service provider to requist a deletion of your store.
Then, you need to enable the maintenance mode from the Settings

To pause your online store, just enable the maintenance mode from the Settings.

Deleting Your Store

Your store is permanently removed (after a special request)
All store data may be deleted and cannot be recovered
You lose access to your admin panel
If you want to sell online again, you’ll need to create a new store
No further billing occurs after deletion
