Menus are essential navigational elements that help visitors navigate through various pages of your online store. They serve as visual roadmaps, providing a list of links to different sections of your store such as the home, about, product collections, products, blog, contact, and more.
With eCommerce, you have the flexibility to customize menus according to your preferences. You can add pages to menus and create submenus and mega menus to further organize your content. By default, eCommerce creates two menus for your store: “Main” and “Footer” which you can add “Collections”, “Products” pages, a specific page, and a custom URL.
The “Main” menu is located in the header of your store and typically includes product collections, as well as the “About” and “Contact” pages. It serves as the primary navigation menu for your visitors.
The “Footer” menu is positioned at the bottom of your store and includes all the legal pages and “About us” and “Contact us” pages.
To modify your navigation menus, you can easily add or remove menu items, which include pages and collections, and create sub-menus.
